Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AmpVorlo, available at ampvorlo.com ("Service"), operated by AmpVorlo ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AmpVorlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AmpVorlo.

2. Description of Service

AmpVorlo is a social media management platform that provides:

• Content scheduling and publishing across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Mastodon, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, and WordPress).
• Content calendar and smart scheduling.
• Media library with image editor and social media dimension presets.
• Stock media integration (Unsplash, Giphy) for content creation.
• Post templates for reusable content.
• Team collaboration with workspaces and multi-tier approval workflows.
• Platform-specific features: Instagram Stories and Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn Polls, Google Business events and offers.
• Scheduled follow-up comments on published posts.
• Analytics and reporting across all connected platforms.

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free plan: limited access to scheduling, publishing, and basic platform integrations. Subject to usage limits.
• Basic plan ($4/month): expanded scheduling and publishing capabilities, media library access, post templates, and additional connected accounts.
• Pro plan ($9/month): everything in Basic, plus team workspaces, approval workflows, advanced analytics, priority support, and API access.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider, LiqPay.

• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your paid features.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AmpVorlo to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Publish, distribute, or use content without the content owner's permission where required.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal use or API limits.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security measures.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or access to paid features.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with the Service, or compromise its security.
• Harass, stalk, or harm other users or individuals.
• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The AmpVorlo service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service.

Third-party content: Content published through connected social platforms belongs to its respective owners. AmpVorlo does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

8. Cancellation and Termination

By you: You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate and without refund.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Services

AmpVorlo integrates with third-party social media platforms. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or availability that may affect our Service.
• Content moderation decisions made by connected platforms.
• Data handling practices of third-party platforms once content is published to them.
• Service disruptions caused by third-party platform outages or rate limits.

AmpVorlo is an independent service and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any of the following platforms: Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube (Google), Threads (Meta), Mastodon, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, or WordPress.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AmpVorlo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmpVorlo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

13. Export Controls and Sanctions

By using AmpVorlo, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or a resident of any country subject to comprehensive sanctions, and are not listed on any applicable sanctions list.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
