Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with AmpVorlo. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions purchased through ampvorlo.com.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription (Basic or Pro plan). If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
- Your request must be made within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase.
- The refund applies only to your first subscription period (not renewals).
- One refund per user/account.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Renewal charges: monthly or annual renewal payments after your first billing period.
- Partial months: we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day window.
- Account termination for violations: if your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
- Previously refunded accounts: if you already received a refund and re-subscribed.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@ampvorlo.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request (optional but helpful).
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method via LiqPay within 5–10 business days, subject to LiqPay's Terms.
4. What Happens After a Refund
- Your paid subscription will be cancelled immediately.
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
- You will lose access to paid features.
- Your account and any saved data will remain intact on the Free plan.
5. Billing Errors and Exceptions
We will always make it right in the following situations, regardless of the 14-day window:
- Duplicate charges: if you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate(s).
- Billing errors: if you were charged an incorrect amount, we will refund the difference.
- Charges after cancellation: if you were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination.
7. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive.
